(I don't have fulls facts, but apprently RSI Reps from Live stream suggested the Vanduul fighter will be more maneuverable than the Hornet (12 thrusters was comfirmed by Chris Roberts) with less weapon slots and no turrets/movable weapons. It's fixed weapons will have a bigger punch. She will also have less missle (7 versues the 8 missiles the Hornet has), but her wing is fortified and extends forward, so it can be used for ramming or slicing opponents.
