From the above it is obvious that the Banu Merchantman is cheapest option per cargo unit. This is of course not taking into consideration the operational costs of each ship.
Except for the Retaliator Base, the Banu Merchantman also is the cheapest cost per meter. This is mainly because the Retaliator Base does not have the module costs factored into the length comparison. If the cargo modules are factored into the calculation, the Banu Merchantman is by far the cheaper.

Constellation dropped in on my pilot and me as we attempted to EVA into the shipping hub. A Hornet came to our rescue and distracted our aggressor as I hop in the pilot's seat of the bomber and fire off a couple volleys of torpedoes.

Star Citizen : The Aegis Retaliator, It's massive !!
Star Citizen : The Aegis Retaliator, PART 2 !!
This ship massive and really good value for money. Look at this size comparison chart and you will see what I mean.
The Retaliator is 71 meters in length compared to the Constellation Taurus 58.80 meters, or the Constellation Phoenix 61.10 meters. However the Retaliator base sells for the same price as the Constellation Taurus. Once in side you will immediately notice how much bigger the Retaliator is. You can get lost inside the Retaliator, but you wont get lost inside a Constellation.
